The MIC gives high priority and great importance to providing the correct teaching of reading and memorising the Holy Qur’an.

All thanks and praise be to Allah SWT, then to those in charge of the Qur’an school, the school at present is at its full capacity and operates two days a week, Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm on either day.

The curriculum includes teaching of the proper reading of the Qur’an according to Tajweed Rules by competent and qualified teachers, basic Arabic language studies as well as some Islamic studies. This would provide our children with a balanced knowledge of the Qur’an and the general understanding of the Islamic Religion.
